    Larry and Allan Kaas form Kaasco International Inc.

  • 1980

    Larry forms Kaasco from assets of original company.

  • 1981

    Nordstrom places its first order.

  • 1981

    Larry hires Jim Bulger as a GM.

  • 1984

    First production work in aviation industry.

  • 1986

    Land is purchased in Mukilteo for future facility.

  • 1992

    Kaasco moves to Mukilteo facility.

  • 1995

    Awarded first
    long-term, sole supply production contract.

  • 1996

    Supplier of the Year award from Boeing.

  • 1997

    Larry retires and gives the company to Jeff - talk about nuts!

    "Lean" journey begins - thanks to an intro from Boeing.

    First study trip to Toyota in Japan to learn Kaizen.

    Kaasco Inc. rebranded as Kaas Tailored.

    First CNC machining capability added.

    3-D modeling capability added.

    First Shogai® pieces delivered.
